Additional Studio Rules for Members

• Subletting is Not Allowed
  – Members cannot transfer or resell their studio hours to other photographers.
  – Violating this rule may result in termination of membership.

• Payment & Membership Renewal
  – Membership fees are due monthly, in advance.
  – Late payments may result in paused access or cancellation of membership.
  – Cancellation requires a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle.

• Studio Access
  – Members can only access the studio during regular opening hours unless otherwise stated in their plan, always respecting the booking time

• Monthly Hours Do Not Roll Over
  – All included studio hours must be used within the same calendar month.
  – Unused hours will expire at the end of each month and cannot be carried over.

• No Credit for Unused Time
  – If you finish your session earlier than planned, unused minutes or hours are not credited or refunded.

• Reschedules Must Follow Policy
  – Free reschedules are allowed based on your membership tier (1 to 3 per month).
  – Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will count as used.

• Booking in Advance
  – Members are encouraged to book their monthly hours in advance. The studio cannot guarantee last-minute availability.

• Membership Pause or Freeze
  – Memberships cannot be paused or extended unless due to force majeure or approved medical/personal reasons.
  – Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and approved by management.
