1. What are the studio’s opening hours?
Our regular hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. On Saturdays, bookings start at 10:00, and on Sundays from 11:00 to 18:00.

2. What’s the minimum rental time?
Weekdays: 1 hour minimum.
Weekends & Holidays: 2 hours minimum.

3. What’s included in the rental?
Studio furniture, basic lighting equipment, accessories, and different styled setups are included. You’re welcome to move things around (just put them back!).

4. Can I visit the studio before booking?
Yes! We offer quick visits by appointment only. Just send us a message to schedule one.

5. Is there parking available?

6. Do you offer assistance during the shoot?
The space is self-service, but we’re happy to assist if booked in advance. Creative direction or makeup can be added depending on your package.

7. Can I bring my own equipment?
Absolutely! You’re free to bring and use your own gear.

Yes, we have a changing area and a makeup corner available to all bookings.

9. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed 3 days notice and you have 30 days to use the credits

10. What happens if something gets damaged?
Clients are fully responsible for any damages during their session. A repair or replacement fee will apply if needed.

11. Can I bring guests, models, or assistants?
Of course! Just let us know how many people are coming. Some packages include guest passes.

12. Are there discounts for frequent bookings?
Yes! Check out our Membership Plans to access lower hourly rates and exclusive perks.

13. Can I extend my session during the shoot?
If the studio is available after your session, yes! Extra time will be charged per hour and must be paid before continuing.

14. Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, 50% deposit (non refundable) payment is required to confirm your booking.
